I will always respect the confidentiality of my client's proprietary information.
I will make no promises, verbal or written, that I can not or will not live up to.
I will never deliberately withhold important facts or intentionally mislead either a buyer or seller, regardless of who I represent.
I will never knowingly misrepresent the market value of a seller's company in order to secure a listing or to encourage a client to accept an offer.
I will disclose to my client any and all facts known to me which may have a material affect on the value of the business.
I will not make false or unsupported representations about the nature and/or condition of either a buyer or a seller's business.
I will counsel the use of Principled Negotiations as the cornerstone of the buyer/seller negotiation process rather than inefficient positional bargaining.
I will make every effort to be diligent in my documentation in order to protect my client.
I will present the seller with all offers received prior to the closing of a transaction.
I will respresent my client's best interest at all times and to the utmost of my ability.
